Pro has everything to sell online, capture refills and run ordering: the store, reminders, one-time Follow-Ups, lens quotes, rebates and the Intelligence Dashboard. Premium adds Follow-Up Journeys, Smart Recall, AI Voice writing, full weekly AI insights and Advanced Analytics, EHR integration, subscriptions and competitor pricing.
Is Otto Copilot included?+
Yes, on both plans. It’s free with unlimited access for a limited time. After that, every plan includes Copilot credits, with more available as usage credits.
Do I keep my supplier accounts and rebates?+
Yes. Otto orders through your existing supplier accounts, so your pricing and rebates stay exactly as they are.
How long does setup take?+
